Lambeth Investments · Private Office Mid-Atlantic multi-family — by inquiry

Founder-Led Mid-Atlantic Multi-Family Investing, One Property at a Time.

Lambeth Investments forms a separate investor group for each Mid-Atlantic multi-family property. The same team underwrites the deal, serves as managing member, and operates the asset directly.

The Team

Anh Bui — Founder

Anh leads Lambeth Investments as managing member and has acquired and operated multi-family income properties in the Mid-Atlantic, applying the same analytical rigor to each deal that he developed over 16 years of patent and technical work — 12 years as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO approving 50+ patents annually, preceded by 4 years as a patent analyst specializing in medical devices. That analytical rigor carries into every deal. B.S. Biomedical Engineering and B.A. Economics from the University of Virginia (2010).

Our Approach

Equity is key.

LLC-Structured Ownership

Each property is a separate LLC. Investors hold equity proportional to their contribution and receive cash flow, refinance proceeds, and sale profits accordingly.

Mid-Atlantic Focus

Every property in the portfolio is in the Mid-Atlantic region. Local expertise — market knowledge, contractor relationships, tenant networks — compounds over each acquisition.

Transparent Reporting

Investors receive periodic reports on property performance and operations. Distribution options include quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payouts.

Operating discipline

The investor-facing promise is simple: direct ownership, disciplined underwriting, and clear communication.

Numbers before story

A property has to survive underwriting before it earns a conversation. Narrative never gets to outrun rent roll, debt service, and repair scope.

Direct management

Operations stay close to ownership so tenant issues, maintenance, vendor coordination, and investor reporting do not disappear into a third-party queue.

Separate assets, separate records

Each property has its own entity, investor group, operating record, and tax packet.
